The NP Laser Alignment Kit is a precision laser-based toe alignment system designed for use with NP Hub Stands to deliver faster, more accurate suspension geometry measurement compared to conventional string alignment methods. Using the vehicle’s wheelbase as the measurement baseline rather than short 500โ€“700 mm rulers, the NP laser system measures toe angle across 2,500+ mm of distance, achieving approximately 1 mm accuracy in a repeatable, setup-independent workflow.

Developed and long-tested before release, the NP Laser Alignment Kit uses CNC-machined laser housings with calibrated laser modules, custom engraved targets, and a logical setup process that eliminates the mounting frames and human error sources inherent in string-based alignment. It also naturally ensures correct thrust angle as part of the alignment process.
