We`ve been completely buried in our new racing project... just a reminder that ELITE hub stands are moving non-stop — and we`re really grateful for that!
More and more teams are choosing NP Parts ELITE hub stands. We reckon our equipment is now on almost every continent. That`s something we`re proud of 🏁
Why teams pick them:
⚙️ alignment without wheels — no tyre deformation, no guessing
🔧 car stays at correct ride height and under proper load
🔩 same numbers today, tomorrow and after the race — repeatability
🏁 garage to pit lane in minutes
Questions, doubts, still deciding? Let us know. We`ll help with whatever you need and find the best price option for your setup — your cars, and how often you run alignments.

Universal FIA weld-in seat mounting kit.
It welds in between the inner sill and the centre tunnel — so the seat sits on the chassis, not on the floor pan.
Made to the FIA drawings. Meets FIA Appendix J Art. 253/A16.2 and MSUK K2.2.2 / Drawing K64.
🔩 Motorsport-grade seamless tubes, supplied over length — cut to suit your car
⚙️ Counter plates with pre-welded nuts, weld to the inner sills and gearbox tunnel
🔧 High-strength end plates, bolt or weld between the counter plates
🏁 M8 threaded inserts weld into the tubes, drilled to suit your seat mounts
FIA seat side mounts bolt straight onto it. Kit comes loose — two crossbars, mounting plates, M8 inserts, bolts and nuts for one seat. Side mounts not included.
Which seat are you running?

Apparently, our everyday life is kinda chic now. 💯
Engineering, racing and a little bit too much aluminium.
We’ll take it. 😌

A duct on its own is only half the job.
The car is a plain E46 Compact. It left the factory with 286 mm front discs on the four-cylinder cars, 300 mm on the 325ti. We`re running 340 mm with matching calipers.
More swept area and more metal to soak up heat — but that`s only one part of the story. Braking is decided by tyres, pad compound and its temperature window, fluid, master cylinder and bias, cooling and weight. A bigger disc on its own guarantees nothing.
What a bigger disc does need is air, and air takes the easiest way out. Blow it at a brake and most of it goes around the caliper and out through the wheel.
So we made a cooling plate for the kit. It wraps around the disc and seals the gap, so the air arriving from the duct has nowhere else to go: into the centre of the disc and out through the vanes. A vented disc is a pump — this plate makes sure it`s pumping cold air, not what`s already sitting in the wheel arch. 🔧
Together with the 3D printed front duct: one path, no leaks. Bumper → duct → plate → 340 mm disc. ⚙️
Testing comes next. Temperatures and pedal feel over a full session, then we`ll know what this setup is actually worth.
What would you measure first — disc temps or pad temps? 👇

Rear Control Arm Adjuster — made entirely in-house. 💯
It starts with a solid piece of 304 stainless steel.
From there, our CNC lathe does the work — turning, milling every feature in one process. 🥇
What comes out is a fully finished Rear Control Arm Adjuster, ready for assembly.
Even the bearing sleeves are made by us from 304 stainless steel.
Extra material is machined away wherever possible to reduce weight without compromising strength.
From raw stainless steel to a finished part — this is how much work goes into every product we make.

Probably one of the best purchases and tools we`ve ever made — this scanner, the Creaform HandySCAN 3D BLACK Series.
Its accuracy (0.025 mm) lets us bring every part into Fusion 360 and create "miracles" there.
Every new part is born first in the drawings, and it`s thanks to the scanner that we can run simulations and print exactly what we need straight from the scan, so we can check the part`s accuracy. And yes, we use quite a few 3D printed parts, because they fit perfectly and do their job. As you`ve probably already noticed... and then there`s our new Bambu Lab printer. But that`s a story for another episode 😄
Big thanks to @_oldbac_3dscan for our scanner and software 🏁

The stock spot for the coolant expansion tank? Gone. 👋
We`re running a non-original radiator on this build, so the tank had to move. New bracket, designed and 3D printed in-house in PA-GF — glass fibre reinforced nylon. It stays stiff next to a hot engine and holds its shape at under-bonnet temperatures, where standard printed plastics start to sag.
Then we pushed the tank further toward the centre of the car. Shorter hose runs and easier access when servicing.
🔧 PA-GF, glass fibre reinforced
🔥 Built for under-bonnet heat
⚙️ Designed around a non-standard radiator
🏁 Easier access
Problem to printed part, all in-house.
Would you run a printed bracket in your engine bay? YES or NO? 👇
