Camber/Caster
Camber and caster are related suspension angles measured using the digital dual-axis angle reader included in the Pro Car Setup Package.
Caster Measuring Formula
Procedure:
- Turn the wheel 15ยฐ to the left of center and record the camber reading.
- Turn the wheel 15ยฐ to the right of center and record the camber reading.
- Caster = (right reading โ left reading) ร 2

Left: โ1.0ยฐ, Right: +0.5ยฐ โ (0.5 โ (โ1.0)) ร 2 = 3.0ยฐ caster
Ride Height Measurement
Ride height is measured using two tools included in the kit: a laser leveling tool and a measuring tape.
After the hub stand base plates are leveled the measurement is taken from the vehicle floor.
The laser line projected onto the measuring tape indicates the ride height value.
Toe Measurement
TOE measurement is performed using the Pro Laser Alignment System or the Pro String Alignment Add-ons, designed for fast and accurate wheel alignment adjustments.
When the vehicle is positioned on the hub stands, the front and rear axle widths must be measured using the measuring tape included in the kit. The laser targets are then adjusted according to the measured axle width difference and secured in place.
After setup, the laser alignment system is activated and measurements are read directly from the laser targets, with toe values in true millimeters (The values can be converted to your preferred units in the EHS Software)
Suspension Adjustment
Suspension adjustments are easily accessible with the vehicle positioned on hub stands, as the wheels are removed and do not obstruct access.
This allows faster and more precise coilover adjustments as well as accurate suspension geometry setup.
Mounting Solutions
The system can be adapted to suit any application with brake discs up to 380mm.
Mounting plates are available for: specific 4- and 5-lug PCDs, universal mounting plates covering PCDs from 98 to 130 for all 4- and 5-lug configurations, as well as centerlock mounting plates.
Custom solutions can also be developed to meet specific customer requirements.
