The Lite Hub Stand System is an amateur-grade suspension setup and measurement system designed for simplicity, accuracy, and ease of use. Engineered primarily for string alignment setups, with the option to upgrade by adding laser alignment modules separately. Featuring a non-adjustable design with a universal mounting pattern compatible with all 4 and 5-hole PCDs ranging from 98 to 130. Like all our products, it is designed, CNC machined, and assembled in-house at NP Parts in Lithuania. A reliable and cost-effective solution for enthusiasts, workshops, and amateur racing teams.

Toe Measurement

Camber/Caster

Camber and caster are related suspension angles measured using the digital dual-axis angle reader, available separately as an optional accessory.

Caster Measuring Formula

Procedure:

  1. Turn the wheel 15Β° to the left of center and record the camber reading.
  2. Turn the wheel 15Β° to the right of center and record the camber reading.
  3. Caster = (right reading βˆ’ left reading) Γ— 2

Example

Left: βˆ’1.0Β°, Right: +0.5Β° β†’ (0.5 βˆ’ (βˆ’1.0)) Γ— 2 = 3.0Β° caster

Toe Measurement

TOE measurement is performed using the string alignment method, with alignment offsets included in the hub stand kit for accurate setup. A laser alignment system is also available separately as an optional upgrade.

Suspension Adjustment

Suspension adjustments are easily accessible with the vehicle positioned on hub stands, as the wheels are removed and do not obstruct access.

This allows faster and more precise coilover adjustments as well as accurate suspension geometry setup.
